360-Days Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
At Triclicks, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased directly from Triclicks.com or authorized retailers are covered by a 360-days warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing defects, such as:

- Workmanship errors (e.g., loose stitching, defective parts, or functional failures not caused by misuse).
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., drops, impacts, or improper handling).
- Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., minor scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage).
- Issues caused by improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized parties.
- Products used for commercial purposes (e.g., rental, resale, or business use).
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Damage from extreme conditions (e.g., exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals).
- Free promotional items or "Final Sale" products.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim within the 90-day period:
- Gather the following information:
- Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt from Triclicks or an authorized retailer).
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
- A detailed description of the issue (including when it was first noticed).
- Email our customer support team at service@triclicks.com with the above details.
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
Remedies
Upon validation of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model (if in stock).
- Issue a full or partial refund (based on the product’s condition and issue severity).
For quality-related issues, Triclicks will cover return shipping costs for items sent back to us. For international claims, please contact us for specific shipping guidelines—we may reimburse reasonable return shipping fees for valid claims.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase includes:
- Triclicks order number (found in your confirmation email or "My Account" page).
- Dated receipt from an authorized retailer (showing product details and purchase date).
