Can the board be left inflated for a long time (e.g., a week)?
It’s better to deflate after use. Long-term inflation may reduce PVC elasticity—store deflated in a cool, dry place.
Can the board be used in different water areas, like lakes or oceans?
Yes. It’s suitable for calm lakes (leisure paddling) and mild ocean waves (surfing), but avoid extreme rough waters for safety.
What is the maximum weight capacity?

Is the backpack fully waterproof? What if it rains?
It’s water-resistant (not fully submersible)—keeps contents dry in light rain or splashes; avoid soaking it in deep water.
Can I modify or cancel my order after submission?
You can contact customer service to modify shipping information or cancel the order within 24 hours of successful payment. If the order has been shipped after 24 hours, cancellation can only be processed after the package is returned, and return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Is free return/exchange supported?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, with return shipping fees borne by the customer.
What is the warranty policy? How to handle quality issues?
Enjoy a 90-day manufacturer's warranty (starting from the purchase date), covering quality issues such as board delamination, poor airtightness, and natural damage to accessories. For quality problems, take photos of the damaged area and order information, then contact customer service to arrange repairs or replacements.
How to track the order’s shipping status?
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent after the order is shipped. You can track the status via the "My Orders" page on the official website or the corresponding courier’s official website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 3 days, contact customer service for assistance.
